Fashion blogger Naomi Clarke (aka The Style Fairy) fills us in on her Style Essentials for this autumn and the must-have cult products she can’t live without

My Style Essentials

1. Groomed Brows

You always look better when your brows are done – well that’s how I feel anyway. Most days I would wear little-to-no makeup, but no matter what, you always feel and look better if your brows are on fleek. My absolute ‘must-have’ brow essential has to be Brow Zings by Benefit.Benefit brow zings (€34) available at Boots nationwide

2. Self Tan

In my opinion, Vita Liberata is the best tan on the market, it lasts so well and wears brilliantly; it’s never streaky, plus it’s easy to apply. My favourite is their Phenomenal 2 – 3 week Tan Mousse in shade Medium. You always look better with a subtle glow. Vita Liberata pHenomenal 2-3 week Tan Mousse (€46.50) available at

3. The Nude Heel

No wardrobe is complete without a classic pair of nude, pointy toe or court heels. Trends and fads will come and go, and amidst the craziness nude heels still remain a classic staple. Plus they just go with absolutely everything. I recently treated myself to Jimmy Choo Abel nude heels and adore them – the perfect heel that will never date.

4.  The Perfect Jean

Molly jeans from River Island are my ultimate jeans, I love them, and in fact I feel at times I live in them. They are so comfy, so flattering and my all-round favourite jeans. I worked as a personal shopper for years and I always recommended them to my clients too and they’ve always ended up buying them. Across almost all body shapes they are so flattering and not crazy expensive either so that helps.

5.  Casual Trainers

I was never a trainers kinda gal, well that is until I became a mammy, now I am somewhat of a connoisseur! When it comes to trainers, yes, comfort is key, but you want something stylish too. For me, you can’t get much nicer than New Balance trainers, but Nike Theas and Adidas Superstars are up there on my list too.

6. Hair Extensions

I have naturally very flat, very straight and pretty much, very boring hair. I have Gold Fever Hair Extensions in at the moment and I just love them. I used to have the extensions quite long and they looked so natural and curled so beautifully. Now I have a long bob and have the extensions in again, but this time, it’s all for volume and fullness. I’m totally hooked on Gold Fever Hair Extensions now – couldn’t be without them!

7. Hair Curler

The Instyler is such a lifesaver and so quick and convenient when it comes to styling your hair. It’s the perfect tool for creating that beach wave curl whether you have short or long hair.BaByliss Curl Secret Hair Curler (€99) available at Harvey Norman
